About the Club
The Lubbock Gem and Mineral Society has served the South Plains of Texas for decades, welcoming collectors, lapidaries, and earth science enthusiasts of all ages. The club is notable for its junior program, which meets alongside the adult meeting on the first Tuesday of each month. Each fall the society hosts a gem and mineral show at the Lubbock Memorial Civic Center, one of the premier annual shows in the region.
